Asya Geisberg Gallery is pleased to announce Dib Bangkok’s acquisition of eight paintings by Melanie Daniel.

Melanie Daniel's successful January 2026 show at Asya Geisberg Gallery, "Here a Dead Leaf Fell," garnered a New York Times review. Daniel has had six solo exhibitions with the gallery since 2011, and she curated a group exhibition "A Window Scrubbed For the Moon" at AGG in 2022.

Past solo exhibitions include Galleri Christoffer Egelund, Copenhagen; DK; Hiro Hiro Art Space, Taipei, TW; Mindy Solomon Gallery, FL; the Grand Rapids Art Museum, MI; South Bend Museum of Art, IN; Maybaum Gallery, CA; Tel Aviv Museum of Art; Shulamit Gallery, CA; and Kelowna Art Gallery, BC; among others.

Her work is in the collections of Harvard Business School, the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, and the Girl’s Club/Francie Bishop Good and David Horvitz Collection. Daniel is the recipient of a Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant, a New York Foundation for the Arts Grant, a Creative Capital Grant, NARS Foundation Residency, and the Padnos Distinguished Artist-in-Residence at Grand Valley State University, MI.

She is participating in the 2026 Pictura Trienniale de Peinture de Montreal with Patrick Mikhail Gallery, and has an upcoming solo exhibition at Mindy Solomon Gallery in January 2027.
